Designed, analyzed, fabricated, and assembled an FFF 3D printer. The printer uses a core-xy style belt system and the working volume is 310 x 310 x 450mm. It is capable of printing quality parts at relatively high speeds and it is fully enclosed. The printer has many of the standard features found on commercial grade 3D printers sold today with some extra quality of life enhancements, ultimately aiding in the reliability and ergonomics of the machine as a whole.
