Designed a subsystem meant to be use in a commercial product. Interfaced with a client and engineers to develop a system to fit the client’s requirements. After testing, analyzing, and discussing the existing design with other engineers, I redesigned the product to work more reliably, fit a smaller envelope, and be more suited for mass manufacturing. I aided in the creation of a patented nozzle design that would prove indispensable to the manufacturability and ultimately the price of the system as a whole.
